If you want to know the frontiers of your comfort zone and your personal set limits in your different aspects of life, you need to know your beliefs, what they are about and where they stop. Stop you.
Because each limiting belief stops you from taking action towards something, that other people with different beliefs do.
That is why it is important to turn the table and follow your beliefs to see where they stop you.
Because once you know it clearly, you can change them. You can ask them who they’ve sent them to follow you and you can ask yourself which kind of belief you would like to know to have watching your back for you.
Because the right beliefs in yourself and the realization of your goals and wishes are fundamental for being able to achieve your goals in life.
You can ask yourself, which kind of goals you have in your different aspects of life like career, family, friends, free time, finances and personal development, etc.
With each goal, you can ask yourself what kind of current beliefs you hold about the probability of you achieving it and which kind of belief(s) would support you in achieving your goal the most. Are there bigger goals in the different aspects of your life that you would set with more optimistic and confident beliefs?
Write them down under the goal. Have all goals and the right beliefs for you and your goals on a piece of paper or digital document. Ideally, you go through this piece of paper or document every day in the morning and in the evening.
Now, being able to turn the table, you can easier plan the leaving of your comfort zone and set bigger and more beautiful goals for yourself. By cultivating the new and right beliefs for all your goals daily, you bring your subconscious mind on your side by programming it with these new affirmations.
