What would your ideal-self do?

Even though you might have never thought about your ideal self, this simple but effective technique can connect you very quickly with it.

The secret lies in the fact that you know way more than you can consciously probably be aware of. The reason is that our conscious mind is very limited in its ability to consciously deal with more than seven things. So, our consciousness can use a little trick in order to gain more ideas or knowledge in moments of need.

With the question for yourself, what your ideal-self would do, your conscious and subconscious mind will offer you ideas of what your ideal-self would do. Try it out whenever you’re in doubt and you will be amazed about what kind of ideas and knowledge of what you need to do will appear in your conscious mind. You can also take a role model that represents the concept of an ideal-self for you, asking what he or she would do and then do it. And enjoy the excitement perhaps of doing it.

You are getting your intuition in your boat. Or better to say that you start using it more consciously. Also in general in many cases you almost sort of secretly already know what you ideally need to do.

In case you are faced regularly with a situation in which you like to act better, simply think about the perfect way you like it to happen from now on and then write it down in description style, using the present tense.

The more you start visualizing daily this ideal version of the situation out of your own eyes as if it would be happening right now as desired, and believing it truly to happen for the time of you visualizing it, the more effective you programme your subconscious mind on letting you think, act and react in a way that makes you experience your favourite way of the situation.

Afterwards, keep the faith that things turn out very good, be ok if it happens a bit different but still as desired and simply relax and look forward to it.
